Terms of Use

These terms apply to this website. They do not replace the written contract for any work we perform. That document governs your project, and it wins wherever the two differ.

Product descriptions, specifications and photographs are provided for general information. Manufacturer specifications are theirs and can change; the products, finishes and options available to you are confirmed at your consultation, in writing.

The Design Studio shows a representation. Real stone has movement, colour reads differently under your bathroom light than on a screen, and trim, dimensions and installation details may vary. Your design consultant confirms the final selections in person.

We do not publish prices on this site. Nothing here is an offer or a quote. A quote exists only when we have seen the bathroom and put a number in writing, and we take no deposit before that written estimate is agreed.

Submitting a form asks us to contact you. It does not create a contract, reserve a date, or obligate either of us to anything. Consultations are scheduled at a time that works for both of us, and we may need to reschedule.

A design you build in the Design Studio is yours for personal, non-commercial use. When you save it and ask for a consultation, you let us review it and use it to prepare for your visit.

Do not use this site to break the law, to interfere with how it works, or to scrape it for a competing service. Content, photographs and design on this site belong to Midwest Exteriors LLC or to the manufacturers we represent.

Interiors by Midwest and Midwest Exteriors are both brands of Midwest Exteriors LLC, one company, two sites. Information collected on either site may be shared between them for advertising and measurement, as set out in our Privacy Policy. These terms apply to this site; the Exteriors site carries its own.

Analytics and advertising cookies load on this site only if you accept them in the cookie banner. Choosing "Essential only" leaves the site fully usable.

We link to manufacturers and to our exteriors company. We are not responsible for what lives on sites we do not run.

This site is provided as it is, and we do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site, and our liability for any claim about the site is limited to what you paid us, if anything, for the service the claim is about. Nothing here limits the rights you have under the written contract for your project or under law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, and any dispute about them is heard in the state or federal courts in Michigan.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date above.
