Privacy Policy

Interiors by Midwest is a brand of Midwest Exteriors LLC, doing business as Interiors by Midwest ("Interiors by Midwest," "we," "us," or "our"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This policy explains what we collect through this website and its Design Studio, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using this website, you agree to the practices described here.

Information you provide. When you request a consultation, fill out a form, save a design, or otherwise reach out, we collect what you choose to share, typically your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, and details about your shower or bath project such as the project type, timeline, budget range, consultation preference and any notes.

Design and session information. When you use the Design Studio, the choices you make are kept in your own browser so you can come back to them. Nothing leaves your browser until you save the design and ask for a consultation, at which point the design travels with your request so your consultant can see what you built.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, this site collects certain technical information when you visit: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and the site that referred you. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies, and only with your consent for anything beyond what the site needs to function.

Our platform. This site is built and hosted on Cloudflare, which processes certain technical data on our behalf as part of providing hosting and security services.

• Respond to your enquiry and provide information about our services
• Schedule consultations, measurements and installations
• Review your saved design before your consultation so the visit starts from what you want
• Communicate with you about your project, including follow-up and service updates
• Improve this website and understand how visitors use it
• Send marketing communications where you have asked for them or where permitted by law. You can opt out at any time
• Comply with legal obligations and protect our business

When you submit a form, you agree that we may contact you about your project at the number you provided, by phone, text or email, including through automated technology and an AI voice assistant. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Tell us on the phone or reply STOP to a text and we will stop.

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate this site, remember your preferences, analyse traffic and measure the performance of our advertising. This may include Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta (Facebook) tools. Those third parties may set their own cookies and process data under their own privacy policies.

Nothing beyond what the site needs to function loads until you accept. The cookie banner on this site gates analytics and advertising cookies; choosing "Essential only" means no measurement or advertising cookie is set. You can also control or disable cookies through your browser settings, though disabling some may affect how the site works.

The showroom maps. The maps in the footer are Google Maps embeds, which load with the page so you can find us. Google may set its own cookies when the map loads, under Google's privacy policy. Directions open in Google Maps or your maps app.

Midwest Exteriors LLC operates more than one website and brand, including this site (interiorsbymidwest.com) and Midwest Exteriors (midwestexteriorsllc.com). Because the same company operates both, we may combine and use information collected across them to understand our visitors and to deliver and measure advertising.

We use advertising and analytics tools, including the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Google Ads and Google Analytics, that place cookies and collect information about your activity on our sites. We use this for retargeting: showing you relevant ads for our brands on Meta, Google and other platforms, and across our own websites. Activity on one of our sites may be used to show you ads related to either brand.

Your choices:

• Choose "Essential only" in the cookie banner on this site
• Adjust ad personalisation in your Google Ads settings and Meta ad preferences
• Opt out of many third-party advertising cookies via the Digital Advertising Alliance or the Network Advertising Initiative
• Block or delete cookies in your browser settings

Depending on your state of residence, certain privacy laws may treat this kind of cross-site, cross-context advertising as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information and may give you the right to opt out. Where required, we will honour those rights and provide the appropriate opt-out method. To opt out or ask a question, contact us using the details below.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these limited circumstances:

• Service providers who help us operate our business and website: hosting, email and CRM, scheduling, analytics and advertising platforms, who may use the information only to perform services for us
• Midwest Exteriors, our sister brand under the same company, as described above
• Legal and safety reasons, where we believe disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect the rights, property or safety of Interiors by Midwest, our customers, or others
• Business transfers, in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case we will take steps to protect your information

This site links to third-party websites, including manufacturer and product sites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices and encourage you to review their policies.

We keep personal information for as long as needed to fulfil the purposes described here, to maintain our business records, and to comply with legal obligations, after which we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

• Request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you
• Opt out of marketing by following the unsubscribe instructions in our emails or contacting us directly
• Adjust your browser or cookie-banner settings to limit cookies

To make a request, contact us below. Depending on your state of residence you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws, and we will honour those as required.

This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us so we can remove it.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date above. Significant changes will be posted on this page.
