What we stand behind, in plain words.

A warranty is only worth something if you can read it before you buy and find a person to call after. Here is ours, written the way we would want to read it.

The product

The walls, base and accessories themselves, covered by the manufacturer.

Confirm before launch
Manufacturer product warranty. Length, what it covers, and the manufacturer name.

The installation

Our workmanship. The part most companies leave vague.

Confirm before launch
Labor and workmanship warranty. How long, and what counts as a covered defect.

Registration

Confirm before launch
Who registers the warranty, when, and what the homeowner receives as proof.

Transferable to a new owner

Confirm before launch
Does the warranty transfer if the home is sold, and under what conditions.

If something needs attention

Confirm before launch
Who the homeowner calls, and how quickly you respond. This is the most valuable line on the page.

What is not covered

Confirm before launch
Exclusions, stated plainly. Naming them builds more trust than hiding them.

How to compare warranties

Every company in this market says it stands behind its work. That sentence is not a warranty. When you compare quotes, ask each company for four things in writing:

  • 01 How long the product is covered, and by whom, the installer or the manufacturer.
  • 02 How long the labor is covered, separately from the product.
  • 03 Who you call in year three, and whether that company will still exist.
  • 04 What is excluded, in writing, before you sign anything.

Ask us the same four. This works on us too.
