What actually moves the price
If you are holding three quotes with three different numbers, it is almost always one of these four things. Ask every company to break the quote down this way and the spread usually explains itself.
Size and layout
A standard alcove, a corner unit and a full walk in are three different projects. Base size and wall area move the number more than anything else.
Finish and collection
Stone and SimTile patterns are priced differently, and some colors carry a premium. You can see every option in the Design Studio before you ask what it costs.
Glass and accessories
Doors, panels, niches, benches, shelves and grab bars each add to the total. This is where two quotes usually stop being comparable.
What is behind the wall
Plumbing moves, subfloor repair and anything found once the old unit comes out. We tell you before we do it, not after.
